Peter Werrenrath specializes in residential real estate, income properties and rehab investing. He developed the SMART Real Estate Investing System to allow individual investors and real estate professionals find good real estate investments that meet their financial and personal goals.

Peter's information technology career prior to real estate involved creating strategic, systems-based opportunities for many different types of business. He has been a professional real estate investor since 2003 and a licensed REALTOR^® since 2009. Peter has lived in Long Beach since 1997.
